- Internal and external structure is free of cracks, holes, openings, or any other areas that allow harborage or entry of pests.

Electrical Work
- Power factor plant installed to avoid electric line losses and for the purpose of safety.
- Separate electrical rooms built on each floor, equipped with LT panels and distribution boards.
- For additional protection, LT panels are installed on each floor.
- Circulation for lift’s electrical power is installed in lift machine room.

- Customized design of building.
- Imported ventilation system.
- Centralized electrical panels for the control of ventilation and exhaust system of entire building located on ground floor, and further provision has been made to individually control the exhaust, and ventilation system from respective floors.

- Cat-6 cable used for networking, and telephones block wiring for the entire building.
