What is the difference between Warehouse and Godown?
Godown is an unorganized form of warehouse and it’s personal in terms of storage, like one retailer or store has its own godown. Any place can be converted to godown by storing goods.
There are some parameters to be followed by Warehouses; there should be a specific height of ceiling, specific standards of security and storage by sorting products, and there should be enough space for movement of cargo and employees.
How are the goods stored in a Warehouse?
Warehousing depends entirely on the goods, but generally EUR/FIN pallets are stored on shelves or mass storage places. Smaller quantities (boxes/containers) can be stored on small item racks.

What kind of goods do you store?
Our warehouse holds statutory permits from Ministry of Health for warehousing the following goods in addition to normal goods not requiring permits:

What kind of insurance do you hold?
We are responsible for insuring our facilities and operations, but primarily the customer is responsible for insuring their goods stored in our warehouse.
Do I have to acquire the packaging material needed for my goods?
No, you do not as we can provide you with all pallets, boxes, tapes and labels you need, even printing, if required. These are value added services and shall be charged accordingly.

Do I have to manage the warehouse inventory myself?
No, you do not as we shall take care of the inventory at the agreed time.

We scan items by barcode, or by SKU number.
